Story Time and Cookie Decorating

Join us the first Saturay of the month, we’ll be reading The Friend Who Forgives by Dan DeWitt — a powerful story about Peter’s mistake, Jesus’ forgiveness, and the never-ending grace of our Savior. Together we’ll reflect on 1 John 1:9 and the truth that Jesus never gives up on us.

After the story, we’ll sing Jesus Loves Me and create a handprint rooster craft to remember Peter’s story and the love that restores us.

Join us the first Saturday of the month! We’ll be reading God Gave Us Thankful Hearts by Lisa Tawn Bergren — a sweet story that reminds children to give thanks in every circumstance and see God’s goodness all around them.

Children will enjoy creating their own Gratitude Jars as we talk about all the blessings God has given us — and we’ll lift our voices in joyful worship!
