The Berrys

Mark and Lori met in 1991 at Christ Community Church in Franklin, Tennessee as youth ministry volunteers. They were married in 1996. During their time at Christ Community and New City Fellowship in St. Louis, Missouri, Mark and Lori grew in their knowledge of God's love for them and in their confidence in the power of the gospel.

Mark and Lori have been called to do church planting in Lima, Peru. They are part of a team of American missionaries and Peruvian church leaders committed to plant churches that will address the needs of the poor through ministries of mercy. Special emphasis will be placed on the needs of street children and young girls facing pregnancy. The Berry family spent a year in Costa Rica learning Spanish and are now located in Lima, Peru. Mark and Lori have five children, Emmett, Anna, Taylor, Abigail and Hadassah.
